1. Service Description

JobBhramastra provides AI-powered resume analysis and optimization suggestions. Our analysis is advisory — we do not guarantee job placement or interview outcomes.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your resume. Do not upload resumes containing false information. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

3. Payments & Refunds

Pro plans are one-time payments processed via Razorpay. Day Pass expires after 24 hours, Monthly Pro after 30 days. Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if no analyses have been generated.

4. AI-Generated Content

Analysis results and suggestions are generated by AI and should be reviewed before use. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content. Always verify suggestions against the actual job requirements.

5. Rate Limits

Free users: 1 analysis per day. Pro users: 5 analyses per day. Limits reset at midnight IST.

6. Limitation of Liability

JobBhramastra is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to job application outcomes.
